Dr. Marian Gryzlo understands what it takes to create and nurture effective private and nonprofit partnerships. She engages CEOs, boards, executive directors, donors and volunteers. Her leadership has launched meaningful, measurable and sustainable win/win/win alliances.


With a Doctorate of Education in Executive Leadership from St. John Fisher College and an MBA in Marketing from Iona College, Marian understands theory and practice, business value drivers, and mission-based culture.


                                        Working across sectors throughout her career, she has help develop                                               strategic philanthropy initiatives, created compelling cause marketing                                               campaigns, launched engaging employee volunteer programs and                                                   advised  donors on how to invest in causes for the greatest impact. 


Highlights of her work included helping create an alliance between The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Subaru of America's Loves to Care program, that resulted in 30,000 blankets being distributed to cancer patients, 80,000 awareness bracelets to people, and funds to help cancer patients get to their treatments and appointments.


Also she worked for over a year with Tyra Banks' TZONE, ultimately resulting in a partnership that created a girls safe space and middle school curriculum at the Lower East Side Girls' Center in downtown Manhattan. 


Marian teaches graduate communications for Long Island University's MBA and MPA programs, lectures at Baruch Colleges School of Public Affairs on the topic of Cause Marketing, and has trained small business and entrepreneurs in marketing, leadership and organizational development as part of Goldman Sachs "10,000 Small Businesses" program.


She has won numerous awards including the Life Off the Field Achievement Award from the NFL Players' Wives, and the Exemplary Performance Leadership Award from St. John Fisher Doctoral Program, and has earned numerous awards and recognition for clients.
